Hello, I’m Lauren and I worked at Gibside in 2014 as a teaching assistant and returned in 2023 as a teacher. All my teaching experience has mainly been with pupils with Autism and that is where my passion lies. I love seeing the progress pupils in my care make and building relationships with them. It is the favourite part of my job, and they make me laugh every day!
